So the mind plays a powerful role in health and fitness, influencing motivation, stress levels, and recovery. Positive mindset and mental resilience can enhance physical performance and overall well-being.
My Story
Hi, I’m Meda Kaye — and I’m passionate about helping others live healthier, more intentional lives.
Health has always been important to me, but like many people, I went through a season where I stepped away from what I knew I should be doing. One day, I found myself struggling to breathe. It was a scary wake-up call. That moment shifted everything.
I committed to starting small — walking at least five times a week, getting back to my green juices, and being more mindful about how I was treating my body. That was over three years ago, and I haven’t had a breathing issue since. Even the constant tension in my neck, which only felt better after massages, faded away.
I believe our bodies are temples — a gift from the Lord — and we only get one. It’s up to us to care for it. Health doesn’t care how old you are. You can have everything in the world, but without your health, it means nothing. Often, we feel good and assume nothing will go wrong — until it does.
Since I started this journey, I’ve shared my green juice and wellness habits with others. One friend with diabetes saw a significant drop in her A1C. That’s when I knew: this isn’t just about me. It’s about helping others experience what’s possible when we consistently care for our bodies with simple, daily choices.
